Referrals: Only reputable businesses will be referred to our clients. Both client and referred business will have written agreements to donate no less than 3% profits to reputable charities (BEST Empowerment acceptable listing). Both client and referred business accepts BEST Empowerment will be paid a referral fee negotiated by BEST Empowerment associates and the referred client.
